Personal Profile

I'm a senior engineer in Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and PhD in Organizational Management from the University of Girona. I hold postgraduate studies at the School of Library and Information Systems from Syracuse University. I've been director of Information Science degree in UOC (2007-2015). I've done consulting for private companies and public institutions. Currently involved in a case study on the exchange of knowledge in the ATLAS experiment at CERN (KESIR project, funded in the call IFNO 2012), in a study of the information management in civil protection and research on the role of management of information and knowledge in the financial crisis of 2008. I'm affiliated at the College d'Enginyers telecommunications de Catalunya and by the College of Bibliotecaris-Documentaristes de Catalunya, and I'm affiliated at Barcelona Cercle d'Economia.
