Aura Esther
Vilalta, lecturer of the
UOC's Law and
Political Science Department, has been the promoter of the eLearnCourt creation.
The R&D activities of researcher Aura Esther Vilalta focus on the study of
e-commerce, online consumption and online dispute resolution (ODR). Her main research interests are
online procurement and consumption, mediation and arbitration. She also specialises in property
law.
She is a member of the UOC's INTERDRET (Internet Law) R&D group.
