2. Conditions for use of the website
The FUOC, in the framework of its activities, offers users a series of contents which they can make rational use of in order to meet their information needs, whether teaching, academic, scientific or similar; though they cannot be used for commercial purposes.
This website has hyperlinks that take users to other pages managed by third parties not connected to our organisation. For this reason, the FUOC cannot guarantee nor take responsibility for the contents or information that may be held in the aforementioned web pages, nor for their being accurate and/or up-to-date.
Without prejudice to the above, there is a series of teaching and institutional services offered by the FUOC, in restricted access areas on the website, where use of which is subject to the FUOC's internal regulations.
Likewise, the FUOC reserves the right to establish specific regulations for the different contents offered on the website; regulations which shall take preference over that established herein should there be any disagreement between the two texts.
3. Intellectual Property rights
The FUOC is the owner or licence-holder, where applicable, of the Industrial and Intellectual Property rights for all of the contents on this website (including, but not limited to, all those elements that form its visual presentation, graphics and other sensorial stimuli on the pages that make up the website, i.e., its 'look and feel'; brands; logos; commercial names; texts, critiques and commentaries; images; graphics; designs; sounds; databases; software; flow diagrams; presentation; architecture, and the source code for the web pages). In any case, the FUOC has the corresponding consent for use of the different contents that make up this website.
The FUOC expressly authorises reproduction of the contents of this website for private use. Nonetheless, the FUOC states that due to the fact that it receives many pro bono contributions, this authorisation does not include the reproduction, transformation and any form of use, in general and for any reason, of the website's contents when this is for commercial or lucrative gain.
Apart from the authorisation for private use mentioned in the previous paragraph, or unless explicitly permitted, access to this website does not imply the granting of any kind of permission, transmission, licence or complete or partial concession of any of its contents.
The FUOC shall not accept any kind of responsibility that may derive from any alteration or manipulation of this website by third parties.

The FUOC shall accept no responsibility deriving, or which may derive, from users' use of the information and contents of this website.
