6. Europass Language Passport (ELP-Desk).
It has beenrecently completed and has produced a set of tools and actions for promoting the use of the European Language Platform. For more information as well as on the interesting tools produced (including also an iphone application), you can visit the project website http://www.elp-desk.eu/ .
In addition, please note that that e-ISOTIS has recently advanced further the ELP induction process based on an animated ELP-D video. This ELP induction can be accessed after registration from two web locations.

5. Invitation to participate to a seminar organized by a KA2 Languages project . We have received an invitation from Liisa Wallenius, Project Manager, ELPiPL 2009-2010 to participate in the ELPiPL Porvoo (FI) seminar on 25 November 2010 online at ConnectPro . ELPiPL (European Language Portfolio on Student’s Journey through Studies into Professional Life) is a languages project in the Lifelong Learning programme with an objective to develop the use of the European Language Portfolio (ELP) in cooperation with secondary and tertiary level educational institutions, language teachers, language learners, enterprises and Europass Centres.

3. REAL Project (European Network of Language Teacher Associations) launched its brand new website on 26 September 2010, the European Day of Languages.
The REAL website aims to provide information about the most important language events across the continent. The News about languages section monitors the vast range of European events (conferences, training courses, publications) being held, News about associations focuses on events and activities being carried out by language teacher associations belonging to the REAL Network. News about REAL provides the latest on the activities of the Network itself. The calendar, newsletter and the RSS feeds allow you to keep a track of what’s happening in languages across Europe. 2. 1. LETPP Languages in Europe (Theory, Policy & Practice), January 2010. This one year project has been initiated in order to identify the conditions which allow good ideas on multilingualism to develop into coherent policy and practice, and also the obstacles to that happening. By policy we mean European, national and regional strategies which promote or inhibit linguistic diversity in social and economic life, and also specific measures which may support that diversity, such as the Lifelong Learning Programme. http://www.letpp.eu/.
