The present interdisciplinary research project; Art, Aesthetics & (New) Media, aims to collect and offer a significant set of theoretical contents of analysis and critical study of the new forms and media contemporary languages, in order to set the background for an aesthetic and communicative ontology of new digital media. To this end, the current project sets out the elaboration of a significant set of contents and proposals of study and aesthetic analysis of the new forms and languages that are developed by digital mass media, in order to present the common interrelations, displacements and effects that the artistic agents maintain with the new digital visual culture, in its wider sense (digital art, videogames, software cinema, digital television, applications of information visualization, graphical user interfaces, ...).
