Objectives:

1. to foster and extend the multicultural and multilingual use of semantic markup for mathematics within the European e-learning community
2. to monitor the development of learning technologies so that mathematical content can be integrated and delivered by state-of-art and leading systems 3. to structure, coordinate and support the user ant authoring community of e.learning content in mathematics
