2008 - 2011 National Plan

The new National Plan for the years 2008-2011 focuses on four major areas:

• The new plan focuses on four major lines of work. The first is the generation of knowledge and skills-oriented training and incorporate highly qualified staff, both in the public and private sectors.
• The fourth and last line of the plan has five specific strategic actions in the fields of Health, Biotechnology, Energy and Climate Change, Telecommunications, Information Society, Nanoscience and nanotechnology, and new materials and manufacturing processes.
