Parallel and Collaborative Distributed Systems. DPCS

Our group works on building decentralised distributed systems on various scales (groups, small clusters or Internet) and parallel systems, and on developing collaborative learning systems. On the one hand we place a particular emphasis on face-to-face, message-passing and calculation-grid paradigms. On the other, we work on analysing and evaluating collaborative interactions in a virtual learning environment. Finally, we are interested in developing collaborative applications.
