IN3 FELLOWS PROGRAM

Call for applications to the Research Fellows Program at the Internet Interdisciplinary Institute of the Open University of Catalonia in Barcelona.

The IN3 is offering Senior Research Fellowship positions for outstanding researchers from around the world to spend periods between 3 and 12 months at the Institute in Barcelona, to work on their research interests and to interact with the researchers and doctoral students of the IN3. In 2009 the call refers specifically to researchers focusing on the field of e-learning. Priority will be given to those applicants connecting research and innovation. The working language of the Institute is English. Fellowships are limited and granted on a competitive basis. Interested applicants should first contact by email the IN3 office to receive information on the application procedure and conditions offered by the fellowship, including compensation. The call will be open until January 7th, 2008, and will refer to the calendar year 2009.

The IN3 invites you to the “Learning from what works on the web” research seminar by Professor Brian Lamb, University of British Columbia, Visiting Research Professor at the IN3 invited by the NET2LEARN research group.. The seminar, to be given in English, will be held next Tuesday, December 2 2008.

The purpose of IN3 Research Seminars is to catalyse scientific exchange among IN3 and UOC researchers.

IN3 RESIDENT RESEARCHER PROGRAMME

Call 2009-2010 for Internet Interdisciplinary Institute resident researchers.

The IN3 has opened a new call for researchers for the academic year 2009-2010. The five places available are strictly reserved for UOC post-doctoral faculty and are to be assigned through a competitive award.

The period for applications is to open as from now and close on April 1 2009. The results of the award shall be made known on May 30.
